We do this through the study of the Italian language and by providing at the same time meaningful resources, ideas and tools that they can apply to their daily lives.

As a Customer Happiness Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our members and listeners have an exceptional experience with our brand. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
You will be responsible for managing our customer support channels, including email, social media, and email marketing.
Furthermore, you do not only provide answers and solve problems but listen carefully to our customers’ needs and suggest ideas to create new products or services that can make our customers happier.
You speak Italian, English and preferably a third language, since our audience is very international.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
– Monitor and manage customer support channels (email and social media).
– Ensure that all customer issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer retention strategies
– Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
– Develop and implement customer satisfaction surveys
-Manage and maintain the customer database
Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to promote the podcast, membership program, and other related offerings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine ad targeting.
- Create compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives in Italian.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet performance goals.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on Google Ads best practices and industry trends to ensure our campaigns remain competitive.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align advertising efforts with our overall strategy.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Google Ads management, with a track record of achieving results.
- Proficiency in English is essential to connect with our audience, Italian is a plus.
